Turning the page in First Basin’s history.
As the doors to the new, state-of-the-art First Basin Credit Union Headquarters open, we look back 56 years ago to the basement of Medical Center Hospital where it all began.
Our humble beginnings in 1965 mark this event as one of the most significant chapters of First Basin’s history. From serving a small group of the medical community for 30 years to now serving more than 25,000 members in 17 counties. The First Basin Headquarters, and its distinct location in Parks Legado Town Center in Odessa, will enable us to better serve each of these members.
The four-story building spans across 60,000 square-feet and will house a full-service branch. The all-new First Basin Headquarters – Parks Legado features an expansive eight lane drive-thru with dedicated commercial lane, premier technology, and a spacious Community Room to support the meeting and training needs of First Basin and our local non-profit organizations.
First Basin remains committed to the communities we serve in West Texas and the South Plains. We look ahead at the years to come in the all-new FBCU Headquarters to continue providing the best service to our members and diligently serving the community.
